Algocyte Wellness
One medical data hub. Past, present and future.
Historical records, current test results and new results as they arrive form one multimodal medical record. Blood tests, other test results and medical documents are converted into structured, machine-readable data, with their original sources retained.

Medical records and results, connected over time.

Blood tests, other laboratory panels, imaging reports, clinical documents, diagnoses, medicines, supplements and health events can join the same record. Uploaded PDFs, photographs and scans become structured, machine-readable data.
The original document and available source remain linked to the captured data, whether the information comes from an upload, laboratory, EMR, compatible wearable or home device. New results extend the existing history.
Wearables and everyday context.

Available data from Apple Health, Android Health Connect, Fitbit, Oura, Whoop and other compatible sources add sleep, activity, heart-rate and lifestyle context. These everyday signals can be read alongside medical history and test results.
Connected measurements depend on the source, programme and consent.
Questionnaires add the experience behind the data.

Adaptive questions capture symptoms, energy, sleep quality, stress and reported experience. Follow-up draws on medical data, earlier replies and daily context, rather than treating each answer in isolation.
Where a clinical team is involved, the clinician in charge can add, delete or tweak questions. Responses enrich the next cycle of follow-up.
A record that grows. A picture that gains context.
Medical evidence, subjective experience and everyday context form a longitudinal record and personalised digital twin. New results, wearable readings and questionnaire responses extend the picture over time.
Repeated results help learn individual setpoints and derive personalised reference intervals alongside population intervals [1]. Available data provenance is retained through the record.
New tests, the same record.

Other lab tests and panels can be browsed, ordered and paid for directly from the app, using available self-testing or self-sampling kits processed by partner laboratories. Nurse-led home collection can be arranged where regional partners operate.
Test menus, collection instructions and availability depend on the country, region and participating laboratory. New results extend the same medical record.
Participation that continues between tests.

Points, milestones and rewards can recognise participation in check-ins and other programme activities. Programme rules determine the activities and incentives offered.
Diagnoses, medicines, supplements, vaccinations, accidents, adverse events and other relevant health events can be recorded between tests.
Modular by design. Configurable by programme.
Wellness providers, longevity services, workplace programmes and fitness organisations can combine records, testing, wearable data, check-ins, analytics, rewards and care-team connections around their service.
