Algocyte

Meet Algocyte® Proxima™

Blood testing, brought home.

Designed for at-home use under clinical supervision, completely user-centric and patient-oriented, it is operated by the Algocyte Connect™ mobile app through Bluetooth and WiFi or 5G. Algocyte Proxima currently delivers a full blood count (FBC) producing 11+ key markers related to the immune system from a small sample of capillary blood (finger/shoulder) in 5–20 minutes depending on the markers required.

Future test menu

From single test to a universal platform.

After first UKCA mark, Algocyte Proxima™ is expanding the range of blood panels, beginning with a liver function test for toxicity monitoring, especially useful to close the loop in the remote monitoring of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy — progressively turning Algocyte Proxima™ into a broad longitudinal diagnostics platform.

For clinicians

One fleet. Full visibility. Controlled release.

Healthcare teams have full bi-directional control from the Algocyte TestHub™ dashboard over their Algocyte Proxima fleet across patients. They can review results, consult records and release reports back to patients. LIMS and EHR integration capability keeps existing workflows intact while monitoring moves beyond the point of care and into the home.

The Algocyte TestHub allows to assign, review and release results across the Algocyte Proxima fleet.

Now, vs. next.

The shift to home.

From clinical visits and needles in a fragmented but centralised system, to a minimally-invasive quiet device centralised in the living room.

SCIENCE

Physics-informed AI.
Brilliantly aware.

Unique dual-sensor haematological analyser that keeps in check the AI and anchors its quantum mechanics-inspired AI in physics and biology to produce the patient's blood test results. An AI based on physics, not words or tokens.

VISION

You own it.
You run it.
Full stop.

Both patient and clinician are under control of data flow. Results are displayed on the clinician's dashboard in minutes and decides to share online or offline to provide interpretation guidance.

THE ALGOCYTE ECOSYSTEM

One platform,
three parts.

The companion Algocyte Connect™ app guides the user through every test, and controls the Algocyte Proxima through the phone's Bluetooth. Results are shared with the healthcare professional.

The Algocyte Proxima™ device, the Algocyte TestHub™, Connect app and the consumables work seamlessly together as a single system beyond the point of care.

How it works

Four steps. Minutes, not days.

01

Open the cartridge

Single-use CE-marked cartridges and no cold chain required ready for plug-and-play operation.

02

Finger prick or shoulder patch

Small sample, or a gentle patch. Algocyte handles the rest, reporting results to the healthcare professional.

03

Automated read

Sensors capture the physical signal; AI converts signals to biological and clinically meaningful values.

04

Trends

Results land on the clinician's dashboard that can release the results to their patients together with any explanation or interpretation.

MEET THE ALGOCYTE HEALTH HUB

Personal and family Algocyte HealthHub.

The Algocyte HealthHub is designed to become an AI-driven personal and family health hub that manages all the patient and family health information over time. It brings together three complementary layers of data.

Algocyte HealthHub overview with blood marker ranges, trends and health score

Objective medical data

Blood results, in context.

Blood-test results and the Algocyte index related to immune age and triaging in one longitudinal view, with each marker compared against the user's own personal range as well as population ranges.

Algocyte HealthHub dashboard showing FBC test results, wearable data, activity feed and health trends

Contextual data

Lifestyle and wearables.

After giving consent, Algocyte reads all the wearable-derived and lifestyle information such as activity, heart rate, sleep, glucose and insulin readings alongside and enriching every test, so trends can be read against how the user actually lives.

Algocyte HealthHub upload and personalised record capture screen

Subjective data

Questionnaires that adapt.

Ultra-personalised questionnaires produced by our proprietary AlgocyteGPT™ Large Language Model specialised in the interpretation of blood test results and other medical records the user can upload.

By learning the user's baseline and analysing trends against millions of aggregated blood test results Algocyte has access to, the Algocyte HealthHub™ helps clinicians spot drift earlier and supports structured clinical context for early detection, precision healthcare and predictive medicine.
