Algocyte CellView™

See the cells behind every result.

Algocyte CellView™ is a digital pathology inspection module. Annotated digital blood samples, slide maps, heatmaps and model overlays sit alongside numerical blood results for specialist visual review.

Algocyte CellViewDigital pathology inspection module.

Algocyte CellView™ is an optional digital pathology inspection module for direct inspection of annotated digital blood samples. A tiled slide map provides access to individual fields for inspection of the original image, heatmap or model overlay, alongside numerical blood results.

The module can be added when specialist visual review is relevant to the pathway. Module-specific intended use, availability and regulatory status apply.

Per-sample heatmaps and model overlays.

Per-image heatmaps show how a model output, such as the platelet (PLT) model, deviates across the zones of each digital sample. Non-blood areas are flagged, so reviewers can focus on the fields that matter.

Any field can be opened at full resolution and switched between the original image, heatmap, model overlay and binarised model view, with zoom down to individual cells. Multiple AI annotation masks per default.

Inspection of cells and annotated elements.

Algocyte CellView™ allows the visual identification or confirmation of blast cells, nucleated red blood cells (NRBCs) and other abnormal cells, including sickle cells, as well as some blood-borne parasites.

Unlike black-box instruments, the module also allows inspection of tests that may have resulted in a failure or a flag, so reviewers can see what lies behind the result. Module-specific intended use, availability and regulatory status apply.
